Spunkworthy's Blog last week warned us about pirated vids... Ive been thinking about that alot lately.. I dont know alot about online auctions....But I know That some of our vids were there with buy now prices which to me kinda indicates that its more/unlimited copies available...otherwise when some one clicked on the buy now price..the Auction would disapear or show closed....  I'm a lil flattered that some one would find our lil homemade amateur vids worth pirating....but I gotta say..it ticked me off....

But get this...Years ago, when I got online...I discovered P2P. Suddenly I had quite the collections of tunes and various types of porn...I downloaded all for free...I was a "theif"  just like our guy Bubbabaloney at naughtybids.com    I was stealing from some corporation for that Bar-Kays single from 1979 that I downloaded instead of going out and trying to actually find it somewhere..When WinMX finally quit working for the last time...I quit actively looking for P2P's  been about two years now...And  "surprisingly" I feel totally different about it now....All my CD's are Old....my Xbox games are all OLD, I never really downloaded movies...Other than the ocasional amateur porn clip....At The time, I really didnt consider it stealing...But I guess as all the P2P's were getting shut down, I realized it was...besides there was no itunes or friendly alternative....But now we all know better...

Reason why I bring all this up,  as if you couldnt tell by looking at our vids...Is that we arent some big company...I'm just a guy with a cam thats allways had a "way" with str8 guys...at first I just had sex with them...and made some hidden flicks and "party" flicks..unfortunately, most of it is undocumented..Out here in the country....there that "what happens here stays here mentality." and since I was a known gay guy, str8 acting and trusted...I could be somewhere..Str8 bar, or club, and some of the hunkiest str8 guys would hit on me....Naturally, I'd usually oblige..Gotta tell ya.  there is something "hot" about being pursued by a masculine str8 guy... Anyway, when I decided to make Real amateur videos...I thought I'd make a lot more money.  To see somebody "stealing our stuff" really gave me pause.  The way I see it...there arent more real amateur vids and video companies out there, because the "real-life person" who makes this happen, has to face huge risk....I wont even go into them all...But you get the idea....I guess what Im trying to say is that I'm kinda at the crossroads with the whole movie thing...I've either got to figure out a way to promote my vids better, and actually make more money, or actually devote more time to making a living in real-life..specially when I factor in the risks...I'll figure it out I guess..

So which is it?  are DVD's dead or what?  I keep thinking that in Porn, there are two main components..Collectors and viewers.  Is that wrong?  To me as a collector, I think I would prefer a physical medium....An aroused viewer, with 15 mins before the ol lady and kids get back from soccer, might prefer the immediateness of electronic media...Where do I fit in? How do I get that peice of the pie?  Me personally, Im a collector... I figured that with our style of amateur porn...we would sell more DVD's because of the collectors...What do you guys think? 

 I know that I have lost countless photos due to system crashes, physical computer theft, and Hardware failures...etc  Yet we have boxes of paper photos that survived a fire that destroyed our house...I read somewhere, that with the enhanced networks in place in the us..That alot of companies were looking at downloads as their favored/primary distribution... one expert basically said the DVD was going to be done in the next 5 years...

Reason why I bring that up...Is becuase we...me and the guys make more money off of DVD's than streaming And if we have any "patrons" and or fellow collectors out there that wanna support the lil guy...Then make sure you buy a DVD rather than watch our whole movie on streaming..

If your a "viewer" then by all means, watch as much as you want on PPV, then to make sure that our film is a permanent part of your collection go ahead and get the DVD from amvc.com.
