Not much new going on here...Just working the new job still...and makin vids in my spare time...Read the biography of the photographer/videographer known as Old Reliable...Fascinating story in my opinion. Working the streets of L.A. in the sixties and seventies, photographing street trade and hustlers, and making AUDIO tapes of the "interviews" of the young men he encountered.
He tells about the sessions....recounts the times he was ripped off and robbed...tells about his early forray into making videos...late 70's, Video cameras were super expensive, editing options limited, And recruiting models, many of which were homeless, or on the run from the law, or otherwise forgotten about. Mostly guys that were masculine and identify as "straight". Yet none could sustain a hetero relationship, When I watch his vids, I get a sense that the models are happy that they get a chance to "show off" for an appreciative audience, even if its just a gay guy with a cam.

Whats up guys? Sorry its been so long since Ive updated the blog..Just been really busy. I've got this new Job and it's really wearin me out....It's the first time Ive ever worked for a national company...and for some crazy reason...it kinda reminds me of scientology or a cult...It's oddly comforting and creepy...sometimes even at the same time....I quit the only job I had as a young adult (13yr) during a mini-midlife crisis...I made great money, was known as the "guru" ,always good for your ego BTW..and pretty much came and went as I pleased....And had a european company car...
Since then...I've worked a variety of jobs...none of which I really liked...I've always been one to move on, If i dont like a job...what Ive noticed is....If you attempt to switch careers...at my age....People seem to look at you suspect.... Like either youve just been released from prison...or rehab LOL The only interviews I could land where in the field I was trying to leave....The field I wanted to get into....ignored me becuase my resume was tailored to the other field....and my age...I guess. Plus a lot of online apps dont recognize office 2007 docs....(.docx) files which means you have to cut and paste, and the resume loses its format...
While working on a Joe Schmoe vid, I got the idea to create a video resume. A picture is worth a thousand words...then a video must be worth a million I reasoned...I had some old footage of me in action at my previous job...carefully edited to showcase the talent and experience...that would be needed in my new career...set it to some synthy/techno-ee type music...with no still shots of me...and posted it on youtube... and applied online for a few positions...with the link to my video resume...
About thirty minutes later..I got my first email from the company I applied to HR director. in a pone conversation...he told me that he is in charge of hiring management for 300 of the companies facillities..and it was his first video resume...and they would love to discuss a position with me....

I've always been a dog person. Never really liked cats that much..certainly never figured I'd ever have one as a pet....One more gay guy with a cat LOL, Just what the world needs. I've always been a lil bit afraid of cats..Their personalities are so different than dogs. I like the shameless affection that dogs show you..Call me shallow and needy..
One day...not too long ago, shortly after having moved into our new house, we heard a rustling in the bushes, and a loud juvenile sounding, high pitched MEEEEOOOOWWW. All of a sudden, there he was for a split second..then bam...under the old truck in the back yard. He wouldnt allow us to feed him or come near him..He was a tiny lil thing prolly not even fully weaned.. When we bought this house...the old renter left an outdoor cat here we called boots. I tried to catch him, but it was no use. Surprisingly, I was very sad. It was super cold yesterday, And I knew how quickly buster had become accustomed to being indoors...I knew he was scared when he ran off, I hoped someone would rescue him and he didnt get ran over .....I went to the local shelters and gave my number, incase he happened to appear there. I spent about three hours in 25degree weather trying to see if I could him find him...No luck. Finnally, about 130 am I decided to head back up there one more time. I got out of my car, and called to him like I normally do with my imitation meeoww. Finally, I heard a scared meeooww come back from under a frozen bush...It was him! Buster. I was so happy as I leaned down and spotted him...All of a sudden he scratched me on my face, and took off. A dog just wouldve been happy to see you....This crazy ass cat didnt even know who I was... After about 30 minutes of chasing him from bush to bush...I got him. We got him home warmed him up, and then he went into my room and went to sleep. Talk about ungrateful....He's out roaming the neighborhood now...Think he'd be scared now. He knocks on the window when he wants to come in.
Our local post office here is in a regular store. Whats up guys? Trying to keep my new years resolution to blog more...so here I am...

Think way back to when you first discovered porn...Where there any porn makers that really set you off? Now that some of us are producing amateur porn, are there any influences from your early porn viewing in your work?
I remember back when I was like 14. My mom rented out a room in our place to a guy she knew who was gay.
