This is the "Shenis" for women that connects to her pee hole so she can pee standing up.  Although a unique idea, they got it all wrong....unless of course she has alien green skin and is hung with a hard-on (I'd actually like to glance over and see that :)  I'm not sure why they didn't make it limp and the color of skin.  Funny, though.
